Marketing & Professional Services
Our services involve time, expertise, planning, strategy development, research, and resource allocation.
For this reason, once work has commenced on a project, service fees are generally non-refundable.
Before Work Begins
If you have made a payment and decide to cancel before any work has started, you may contact us to request a cancellation.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative or transaction fees.
After Work Has Started
Once a project has begun, no refunds will be issued for:
- Strategy development
- Marketing consultations
- Content planning
- Design work
- Advertising setup
- Campaign management
- SEO work
- Website development
- Any service where time and resources have already been invested
However, if there is a concern regarding deliverables, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a reasonable solution.
Monthly Marketing Retainers
For recurring monthly services:
- Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins.
- Any work completed before cancellation remains chargeable.
Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise agreed.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Industry reports
- Research documents
- Market analysis reports
- Digital templates
- Guides and ebooks
- Marketing playbooks
- Downloadable resources
- Educational materials
Because these products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase, they cannot be returned.
